At least seven persons including four children injured in bomb explosion outside a school on Warsak Road in Peshawar, the provincial capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on December 5 (today), reports The Khorasan Diary. Around 4 kilograms of explosives were used in the bomb that exploded outside the school, Arshad Khan, a Police officer said at the site of the explosion, “the target of the attack seems unclear at this point” Khan added.
Four Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) affiliates were arrested by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on charges of terror financing for the group in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on December 4, reports The Khorasan Diary. The CTD recovered USD 23,500 and PKR 26,44,220 from the arrested persons. The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) denied bail to the accused.
