The Times of India adds that Intelligence inputs suggest that ULFAI along with Khaplang faction of National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCNK) and I.K. Songbijit faction of the National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFBIKS), all members of the newly floated United Liberation Front of Western South East Asia (UNLFW), have been planning to strike in upper Assam Districts, which borders Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh on the eastern part of the State and provides the access to the bases of these outfits in neighbouring Myanmar.
