This has been clearly suggested by multiple security inputs and intelligence reports.” The killing of non-tribal labourer Saidul Islam on July 24 and another labourer on July 21 at West Garo Hills District may precipitate communal tension and law and order problems in West and South West Garo Hills Districts.
