On May 23, two All Adivasi National Liberation Army (AANLA) militants surrendered in Dibrugarh District of Assam, reports Northeast Now. The militants identified as Deepak Gowalla and Raj Sahani were trained under the Kuki Revolutionary Army (KRA), a militant outfit in Manipur. The duo laid down one 7.65 Pistol with one live ammunition, one 0.22 Pistol with 6 live ammunition and ammunition of AK-47 rifle.
Earlier, on May 14, two militants belonging to AANLA surrendered before Security Forces (SF) in Dibrugarh District of Assam. The two militants identified as Subal Gorh and Lukash Kangri also deposited one 9mm pistol, one 0.22 pistol, two magazine and thirteen rounds of ammunition.
