Five Army soldiers were killed when Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres attacked an Army convoy with Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) at Hamzai Koh in Mand tehsil (revenue unit) of Kech District in Balochistan on September 12, reports Radio Zrumbesh. BLF ‘spokesman’ Major Gwahram Baloch claimed responsibility for the attack. Major Gwahram Baloch said in a press release issued to the media that the BLF cadres targeted the convoy at Hamzai Koh when they arrived at Goldsmiths Line to fence the border.
