Top leader of Islamic State for Iraq and Syria (ISIS) militant group was killed during clashes with National Directorate Security (NDS) personnel in Chaparhar District in Nangarhar Province of Afghanistan, reports Bakhtar News on December 4. Mullah Hedayatullah so-called governor of ISIS group for Nangarhar was killed during a special operation conducted by NDS personnel in relevant areas of Chaparhar District of the province, Ataullah Khogyani spokesperson of Nangarhar governor said. Mullah Hedayatullah had skill in bomb-making, mine and suicide vest and also was busy on learning terrorist activities to members of ISIS group in the province. Hedayatullah was responsible for transfer of bombs, mines and suicide vest to ISIS groups to Jalalabad city the provincial capital of Nangarhar Province and had active role in dozens terrorist and destructive activities in east of the country.
