Unidentified militants killed Kameel Karimi, the representative of Afghanistan Taekwondo Federation, in Kunduz city of Kunduz province on April 8, reports The Khaama Press. Karimi was also a fitness and bodybuilding champion besides serving as representative of Afghanistan Taekwondo Federation. Officials in Taekwondo Federation of Afghanistan are saying that Karimi was a prominent athlete and had won several medals in national competitions. No individual or group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
