The insurgents, armed with a pistol and explosives, ransacked the computer lab and classrooms of the college. They also set-off an explosion, subsequently, and blew-up a room, besides causing injuries to three persons. The attack came ahead of a strike call given by the student wing of the insurgents––All Nepal National Free Student Union––for December 9 asking schools and colleges to shut down for the day.
