Three militants, including one Lashkar-e- Toiba (LeT) ‘commander’ identified as Aijaz alias Abu Huraira from Pakistan, and two local militants, were killed in an encounter during Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) with Security Forces (SFs) at Pulwama Town in Pulwama District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) on July 14 (today), reports Greater Kashmir. SFs have recovered incriminating material including arms and ammunition from the location. The search operations are still continuing in the area.

Both of them were in direct contact with Nazir Ahmed Qureshi, who originally hails from Baramulla District of J&K but was running hawala syndicate from Saudi Arabia and London to finance terror activities in India.
