Militants hurled a grenade at a Security Force (SF) vehicle in Keegam village of Shopian District in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) on February 17, reports Daily Excelsior. However, there was no casualty. Police said militants hurled a grenade on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) vehicle. The grenade missed the target and exploded on road.
Meanwhile, the SFs recovered a pile of unauthorised armed weapons from the Zandafaran area of Sheeri in Baramulla District on February 17, reports Daily Excelsior. The bag, which was found near the bushes, contains 11 grenades and 11 UBGL grenades.
