Three people were killed and six others were wounded in four blasts happened in different parts of Kabul city in Kabul Province on February 1, reports Tolo News. The first blast happened in Joi Sheer area in the center of Kabul in which a Police vehicle was targeted and two security force members were wounded. The second blast happened in the Salim Karwan area in downtown Kabul. The explosion targeted a civilian vehicle, killing two people and wounding two more. The third explosion happened in Dehmazang area in the west of Kabul in which a vehicle was targeted. One civilian was killed in the blast. The fourth explosion happened in Hewadwal Township in Kabul's PD8 in which a vehicle was targeted. Two people were wounded in the explosion. No group has immediately claimed responsibility for the blasts.

The survey was conducted between November 30, 2020 to February 3, 2021.During the survey, 1,266 people were interviewed through questionnaires and telephonic conversations. The questionnaires, three papers in total, were distributed to three people in each part of the country. The survey shows that the areas under the Taliban control are 337,000 square kilometers while the areas under the Government’s control are 297,000 square kilometers, but 18,000 square kilometers is said to be under the control of none of the parties.The findings reveal that the Taliban has full control over 27 Districts while the Government fully controls 64 Districts. The remaining 297 Districts are controlled by both, the survey indicates.
