The Taliban shot a young man, identified as Noorullah, originally the resident of Khost District of Baghlan Province, in a checkpoint in Pul-e-Mutak area in Parwan Province, reports Aamaj News on July 16. Sources said, Noorullah was a civilian, and no one of his family members was in contact or active in anti-Taliban fronts. They believe that Noorullah was shot because he spoke Persian. Taliban have not expressed their view yet.
