The Delhi High Court on January 9, disposed of the petitions of two leaders of the Popular Front of India (PFI), identified as Mohd Perwez Ahmad, who was the president of PFI's Delhi unit, and its office secretary Abdul Muqeet, seeking for interim bail in a money laundering case, stating that they should wait for the trial court's order in the matter, reports theweek.in. The two persons had sought interim bail in the case registered by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) as the agency failed to file a charge sheet within the stipulated period of 60 days from arrest which expired on November 21, 2022.
