Four United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (ULFA-I) militants were arrested on June 26, in two separate incidents from Arunachal Pradesh, tweets Assam Rifles. The militants identified as Tiksher Moranalias Arjun Asom, Arup Dowarah alias Anchon Asom, Surajeet Dowarah alias Khamon Asom and Jintu Asom were apprehended from Changra, Kuthung and Shongko Havin area of Changlang and Tirap Districts along with four pistols, magazines, 20 rounds of AK series rifle ammunition, eight rounds SLR ammunition, two mobile phone handsets, two pairs of ULFA-I badges, and other warlike stores, reports The Northeast Today. The arrestee revealed during interrogation that they were trained in the Taga area of Myanmar.
