Communist Party of Nepal-Unified Marxist-Leninist (CPN-UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli issuing a statement on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) on November 21 said that the crimes against human rights that were carried out in the insurgency period in Nepal cannot be forgiven easily, reports Republica. Oli alleged the Maoists of being the reason for halting this process to address the pain of the citizens caused by the insurgency during his time in the Government. He also clarified that the CPN-UML is in favour of completing the peace process by addressing transitional justice from all ends.
