Taliban Spokesman Qari Yousaf Ahmadi said the outfit had overrun the check-post and bodies of the slain Police remained at the site. Six militants were also killed in Nad-e-Ali District of Helamand while three mine planters were killed in an explosion in Greshk District. Six more militants were killed in Zurmat District of Paktia, four were killed in Bala Bolok District of Farah, four others were killed in Kohistan District of Faryab, and three others were killed in Shajoi District of Zabul Province.
